Thanks to all those who have expressed interest so far. We are now in the process of figuring out when is a good time for the gathering to happen, maybe towards the end of April. We should be sending out the mail in about a week or so.

The arrangement we are looking is 20000 yen excluding separate charges. Assuming that all the people on the list so far are serious and not going to back out at the last minute, we are looking at 600 yen per person currently. Comes out to about $9.20 person at the current exchange rate, according to xe.
