My Animelo BDs and May’n DVDs arrived this afternoon, courtesy of Amazon Japan and FedEx. Happened while I was in class. The reviews won’t be coming that soon. The end of a school term is coming and with them, presentations and exams. I’ll see what I can sneak in between. Until then, some pictures of the stuff included after the jump.
Wow, what underwhelming packaging. Compared to their own Live Fighter, King Records did a poor job with Animelo. And the pictures n the booklets? The same ones that Dwango used for publicity pictures. Would it hurt to use others?
At least they are not trying to forget who’s DVD you bought. The booklet is chock full of May’n (leggy) goodness.

Well, my sole reason for buying was for the duet.

But overall, I would say it was a good DVD. Her performance was excellent and has really come very far in these few months since Animelo. The camera angles were excellent and the video post-production was perfect, especially with all the shakes. The video is clear but the audio is sorta disappointing because there was no 5.1 soundtrack, only a 2.1.
