Had not enough of Yukarin?

The response to last month’s Seiup article was pretty good, thus prompting me to experiment with making this a monthly feature. The competition for the position of this month’s cover girl was pretty fierce, but Yukarin won out in the end. Partly because the above picture was too moe, and partly because that nurse uniform still haunts my dreams from time to time.

I’m not sure when this picture was taken, but my guesstimation would be the era of Nanoha’s 1st season.  Heck, I could have sworn that I’ve seen a picture of loli Nanoha posed this way. But if that is not enough for you, there is always this:

I won’t even care to guess when this was taken. Not that anyone really cares anyway, right?  Fear the power of Eternally Seventeen.

Here’s something more sedate. Too much moe is not good for health, though some would beg to differ.

Remember the event that announced the cast of IM@S DS? Remember how Dodgethis was gushing about Haruka Tomatsu and Kana Hanazawa in awfully short skirts? Here’s the picture of said short skirts. Legs, people. Glorious legs.

Thinking back, perhaps I should have made this the cover picture, but nah. Too lazy late to edit.

Suzumura Kenichi, Kugyuu, Inoue Marina, OnoD, Hocchan

Here’s the cast for the upcoming  Umineko no Nako Koro ni. This is probably one of the strongest cast next season, and practically forces me to at least try out the anime for a couple of episodes. These days, I will watch just about anything that have Kugyuu and Hocchan in it, because they are that awesome. Add in Inoue Marina and Ono D, and I’m sold.  

Here’s your Hina.

Amidst the Hina craze stirred up by Hayate no Gotoku S2, I thought it would be a good idea to cater to the Hina crowd by presenting a nice picture of Itou Shizuka. Yes, I know Hina does not look quite like that, but hey, this is Itou Shizuka we are talking about. The famed yuri-goddess of the seiyuu industry, the one who eats sweet female seiyuus for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Whenever there is a Hina moe moment I have to do my best to not think of Itou Shizuka and how she would “play” with Shiraishi Ryoko after recording sessions. Not easy, I can assure you. And speaking of Shiraishi Ryoko…

Imagine you are Itou Shizuka. Would you be able to resist that?

I have no idea who the other four ladies are. I just thought Shiraishi Ryoko looks nice in a cheerleading uniform… and that’s about it. I would appreciate it if someone can tell us the identities of the other four ladies in the picture. 

Those people who bullied Nagisa in Clannad have no idea how close to the edge they really were.

This picture actually scared me a bit when I first chanced upon it. Imagine you are alone in your room surfing Seiup and this picture suddenly comes up. The first thing that came to my mind was “USODAAAAAAAAAAAA!”, and then weird fantasies of Nakahara Mai chasing me around with a cleaver while wearing that face. You do not want to be at the receiving end of that glare in real life, and you do not want Nakahara Mai with a cleaver in her hand either.

A cookie to those who actually recognized the picture’s origin.

We shall end off with Nana feeding you some curry. Sometimes I wonder if Nana eats curry just before a concert to get that “curry high” before she goes out to perform. Quite unlikely considering curry is not very kind to the throat, but it is Nana’s throat we are talking about here. She could probably eat raw curry powder and still belt out Eternal Blaze perfectly.
