Not much to say here, except that you will love this week’s anime if you are a catgirl lover like me. And Shin Koihime Musou Otome Tairan pwns Ikkitousen so much that its not even funny. A bunch of catgirls running after big boobs is just imba, especially when combined with a severely twisted version of ancient Chinese history.

A must have for all Asuka fans.

I felt punched in the stomach the moment I set my eyes on this figure, and that usually happens only with Alter’s Fate Testarossa figurines. Needless to say, I will be getting this. So much for my attempt to swear off figurine purchases due to space concerns… but this Asuka is too beautiful to let go. The Asuka fan in me is pleased. Very pleased.

WAGA ZANKANTOU NI TATENI MONO NASHI!!!

Yes, this screenshot is from episode 7 of Mayoi Neko Overrun, and no, I am not watching the wrong show.

The opening and ending songs, the mecha designs and their combination sequences are ridiculously well thought out for a one episode affair. I am hoping that this is the beginning of something greater, something that will not put to waste the amount of effort placed into this one episode. Heck, I know I will buy the toy of Great Grand Braver if it was ever made, preferably under the Soul of Chogokin line and fully combinable.

In conclusion, Mayoi Neko Overrun is a batshit insane series and you should all be watching it.

EDIT: Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Kanae Itou is an awesome seiyuu for a female character in any future Super Robot anime series. She has enough of the hot-blooded spirit in her. XD

Just returned from the first KSL 2010.I can only say it was as good as i expected  it to be (my expectations are pretty high) but i’ll talk about it some time later…

Not sure if you guys heard about it, but the Japanese version of Transformers Animated is freaking incredible and makes the American version look weak. Featuring an opening song by JAM Project is one thing. Featuring an actual DECEPTICON THEME SONG by JAM Project is… wow.

So, this song is aptly named PRAISE BE TO DECEPTICON, and it is an insert song. I am all pumped up to go out and crush some hapless Autobots right now. Raise the flag high and rejoice, fellow Decepticon fans! JAM Project has endorsed our cause! Death to the Autobots!
