Awesome news from the greatest ‘doujin’ game company in the industry. On Tuesday, the second ACE: R was premiered at Yodobashi Akiba and today, someone discovers that the rumoured SRW animation project is not a rumour after all! It will be an Original Generations anime and will focus on the The Inspectors.

I stumbled across this article entirely by accident while doing some research into my project. I almost did not bother to read it, but I am glad I did. This stuff is too good not to share.

Here we go, ladies and gentlemen. A history of eroge.

This article was written back in 2005, but it holds several fundamental truths that remain unchanged to this day. If you ever wondered about the origins and evolution of eroge, and how the eroge genre rose to become a power within the anime/otaku industry, you have to read this. And yes, classics like To Heart, Kanon, Air, Da Capo and even Triangle Heart are mentioned. If you are a Nanoha fan and you have no idea what Triangle Heart is, you have a lot to learn indeed.

In recent times, Tereda saw fit to introduce mai moe moe waifu to the Super Robot Wars franchise and finally gave Seki Tomokazu his long overdue Original character, IN THE SAME GAME. Now, they decided to take my adoration one step further. They are bringing Another Century Episode back, AND ON THE PLAYSTATION THREEEEEE.

Frankly, I have never heard of ECO till now. Now there is a reason to start playing it… ヽ(＾ω＾)ﾉ.

Right after Pangya and Ai Sp@ce, we bring you Touhou Online Valkyrie Sky. Having chanced upon this game while browsing through nicovideo, I’m quite hooked. MMO with the fun of Touhou shooting games and you can pvp other players in the same way. I would say this is a break from the usual MMOs.
