Daicon 2009 – Chihara Minori Live Performance
bj0rN | July 13, 2009Thanks to all the fans from Japan, Malaysia and Singapore for gattai-ing our powers together to make this event a memorable one, both for us and Minorin.
Before I start, I would first like to thank our dear fans from Japan. For actually making those nice fan-made flags for everyone at the concert. To the joint effort of fans from Malaysia and Singapore for distributing the blue and red light-sticks. And of course, the sporting attitude by the other fans out there to join us in the light-stick calls throughout the whole concert.
I shall do a write-up of the songs that I liked from what Minorin sang today, while Julius will give his impressions of the concert and Minorin as a whole. But before we begin, we have a message for our Japanese friends:
お疲れ様、みんな!実里んのライブは最強!!! DaiConに参加しているみなさんはありがとう!
Daicon 2009 – Chihara Minori Q&A Panel
bj0rN | July 12, 2009Just moments before the Q&A. The crowd awaits in silence, eagerly waiting.
“Chihara…”
“Minori…”
“Chihara”
“Minori”
“CHIHARA”
“MINORI”
“MINORIN!”
“MINORIN!!!”
“M I N O R I N ! ! !”
And it all begins.
Chihara Minori to be at Daicon 2009.
Julius_Firefocht | April 26, 2009Yes, it sounds incredible but it is true. Chihara Minori, famed seiyuu of Nagato Yuki from Suzumiya Haruhi and Minami Chiaki from Minami-ke, is going to grace Malaysia’s Daicon 2009 event.
Read all about it here.
I am quite in awe of this achievement by the Daicon planning team, and with that said, some of us are definitely going to try to haul our collective asses to Kuala Lumpur on the 11th and 12th of July. Apparently J1m0ne and Danie will be there too, so the event might very well turn out to be an informal gathering of bloggers as well.
Minorin flying over for a performance in South-East Asia. Incredible… simply incredible.
This is Julius Firefocht, signing off.
